Guest guest
I was diagnosed with macular degeneration about the same time I was diagnosed with asthma. My doc follows me annually for the mac degeneration, but he started checking my pressures every six months when I was put on oral pred (every other day maintenance) and my pressures started going up. Fortunately I have been able to go from 20 mg to 5 mg of the pred once I was on Zolair, and my pressures are down; I am back to annual eye checks.
