Guest guest
Hi All,, Has anyone heard of lupine beans, in Ecuador as a child I ate them and loved them, when I went back to visit I bought about 10 pounds and have been fixing them. In the net I see that they are a lot like soy beans so I am wondering if anyone knows how long to cook them and if you should eat the husk. To make them you have to soak the beans for several days to remove the bitter taste from the bean. thanks much
