Zucchini as a lacto ferment

Does anyone have a favorite recipe for using zucchini in a ferment? I have

done kimchi, kraut, cucumber kimchi, daikon and a few others but never tried

zucchini. I am wondering how it will come out and if it is best on it's own

or with other flavors. I have a lot of it from the CSA I joined this year.

Has anyone done a radish other than daikon as a ferment? Does it work as

nicely as it does with the daikon?

Thanks

R
