Guest guest Posted December 26, 2008 Report Share Posted December 26, 2008 HI All I would like to RE-Ferment beet kvass, that is to leave a half inch of kvass in the jar with the original beets and add water to ferment a second time. Unfortunately, it rarely actually ferments instead it is more like beet water. Any ideas as to what I may be doing wrong?
