There was one I tried with turmeric and ginger ... it's supposed

to be very good for colds but mostly it is just yummy. Something like this:

tml

except I used fresh chopped ginger and coconut milk instead of

some of the water. So basically: Heat some coconut milk and water.

Add 1 tsp turmeric, 1 - 3 tsp. honey, 1 tsp chopped ginger. You can

cook them all together: I didn't, just mixed them. I added a dash of

cayenne too.

Good stuff!

You can also make cocoa ... just boil some cocoa powder in some

water, add honey or other sweetener, then add coconut milk. How much

water vs. coconut milk you use depends on how filling you want it to be.

Also if you vary the first recipe and use cardamom, cloves, fennel etc.

you get chai tea.
