Guest guest Posted March 22, 2007 Report Share Posted March 22, 2007 I had read that someone here wants to take a higher dose of Xolair but they have LOW IgE. I was told, by my Pulmo's nurse that the FDA says that any one with an IgE level of 114 or LESS is not a candiatate for Xolair. I'm thiking that you have to have an IgE level of 115 to be allowed to take it inititally. My last IgE check , after being on it over a year was 217. Before it was 527, which is why I was put on it.
