Guest guest
Thanks you ,Onexpresso. I would love to try with small fish with 8% sea salt, which I have known for past 5 years since I joined here at . I want to go with no herbal addition, because I will make unibersal fish sauce. add any preferred herb later and ferment a little more then probably would localize fish sauce reallistic. Thanks, and would like to report how I kamikazed with fish fermentation, isao > > I know I've been gone a while, but thought you would like a new recipe > to try out. > http://www.celtnet.org.uk/recipes/roman/fetch-recipe.php?rid=roman-garum >
Guest guest
Hi Isao This is a good idea. Kind of a second fermentation. Do you think that a second fermentation with garlic would taste good? Have you tried this. What other flavors have you tried this with, and which is your favorite? I know some people like this very hot. Thank you Skippy nutrition From: dw1@... Date: Sat, 26 Feb 2011 16:04:36 +0000 Subject: Re: Garum -a roman fish sauce Thanks you ,Onexpresso.
