Hello everyone:

I am new to this and enjoy this group. I would like to try to do lacto

fermented beverage, something easy. Soda type. I already know how to do Beet

Kvass. Anyone have a simple recipe other than Kvass? Also, I am concerned

about bottles exploding. What types of bottles do you use to store it in? I am

allergic to whey, so whey is not an option. Can you share a recipe without

whey?
