asthma problems since November not ready to give up on Xolair

I've been on Xolair 1 1/2 years. I had thought it was helping me some

until this November when asthma worsened. I've been on 4 rounds of

steroids and in between don't have good control of asthma at all. Dr.

refuses to raise Xolair. I am looking for something to improve the

asthma and am wondering if anyone takes more than 2 puffs daily of

Serevent Accuhaler. Recently I inadvertently used it for a third time

and asthma was the best it had ever been and stayed that way for 24

hours. (I take everything but the kitchen sink anyway: theophylline,

Volmax, Pulmicort (and recently added QVAR), serevent, singulair,

claritin)Have been using duoneb 4 times daily. As all of you have

probably experienced, asthma is ruining my life and has especially done

so since November. Any suggestions about something else I can try?

Spiriva didn't work.
