Dom says it can be made from other beans. I don't know the vitamin content

though.

That's great. I think my personal preference would be black beans for nutrient

value. I have been wanting to make some myself for years, but still buying

natto.

Nance when you do this, will you please share your methodology. Would love to

make this with white beans but am not so confident in my skill level.
