Dom says it can be made from other beans. I don't know the vitamin content

that it was the bacteria that helped the gut synthesize K2, so it would not be

dependent upon the type of beans themselves. I have SO MANY bags of beans in

the pantry - now, time to rig up an incubator!

That's great. I think my personal preference would be black beans for nutrient

value. I have been wanting to make some myself for years, but still buying

natto.

Nance when you do this, will you please share your methodology. Would love to

make this with white beans but am not so confident in my skill level.
