Guest guest Posted April 20, 2011 Report Share Posted April 20, 2011 Hello everyone...what a great group...I have been making milk Kefir for a few weeks..Love it and looking forward to learning more about other healthy creations. My Kefir milk is interesting ..it seems to be different in texture and taste with each few days. Right now its kind of glutanus or gluey rather than fluffy and fizzy..any reasons for this?
