Hey,

I noticed your comment about the thin white film (white mold) that develops on

your kefir kind of like brie. I've really noticed that with my kefir lately.

when i open the jar to check on it, i can smell the mold and it really makes me

feel kind of sick. i usually try to skim it off because the thought of mixing

it in with the milk kind of makes me gag. I love kefir, but hate that mold and

the smell of it!

does everyone get this mold and how do people deal with it?
