Guest guest
Do I understand this correctly? Bill's SSD claim was denied because the Binder law firm did not submit forms/data before deadline - Right? And, yes, SS also said he wasn't disabled, but if Binder didn't submit the necessary forms & medical data, then SS didn't have all the relevant information to determine disability. Who are you going to email about this - SS ???? Bill fired Binder, got another law firm, which appear to be speedily handling things. What am I missing here? Thanks, Starting a campaign to reform ERISA would be GREAT ! > > Dear Bill, > Again I say, there is power in numbers. Can't a few if not all of us get together and start some calling, e-mailing and letter writing on behalf of Bill here? I'm ready. i only work weekends usually and I do love a good fight. Bill, I am at your disposale, who do you want me to put on my hit list first? One for all and all for one ( borrowed from the three muscuteers, I think or Power Rangers).
