2months today post op 3 level fusion

I had a 3 level fusion l3/l4 l4/l5 l5/s1 2 months ago. Dr was quick to

get me off the Oxi and discontinued the percocet at 6weeks now he is

taking 2 norco away every 10 day rx. I cant sleep/get through the

night and take the majority of my pills during the night. Any ideas on

how to work through the pain, especially getting ready for PT. Thanks
