im a 52 year old male in california who has spinal stenosis and

degenerative disc disease bulging discs pain in both legs and pain in

right arm im going into surgery for a laminectomy on sept 4 2008 for L1

to S1 and also neck surgery with the spine surgery ive had my condition

for 15 years and deal with pain on a daily basis hard time sitting and

walking my surgery is 5 hours and ill be in the hospital at least a

week im wondering if anyone has experienced this type of surgery and

how is your recovery going thanks in advance
