Guest guest Posted April 7, 2007 Report Share Posted April 7, 2007 My Doc added Uniphyl (super caffeine plus) to my ashtma meds a couple years ago and although I can only tolerate a low dose of 400 mg/day (Uniphyl is notorious for bad side effects) it has helped my breathing a lot and a nice side benefit for me ... I stay awake without even trying! No more grogginess at the wheel driving. No more falling asleep at meetings at work. I love being awake and alert and breathing well! I love Uniphyl! Since I have started Xolair I have started cutting back. Except this spring I had to go back up. Maybe in a few weeks I can try again.
