Guest guest
Hi to all, and Happy New Year and may our health GET BETTER!!!??? I have a question, I had a trigger point injection Dec 20 - in sacrum -coccyx area(oops spelling). I had mild relief for about 3 hours. Then the pain returned.... does it finally settle down? In the past week this pain I have had in this area following an injury has got soooo BAD. Could it be remotely possible that this injection has made it worse? - or is this common? The Doctor put the injection in at site of pain, then kinda moved the injection around 360 degrees, while still in the spot. I am seeing this Doctor again in about 10 days and he said if it didn't worked ie 12/20 then he would do it by guided X-Ray?. I am just so scared that if I go ahead with this option, I might be worse again? Any thoughts to this and has anyone experienced this happening, it is getting worse, I am talking nearly calling 911 - but what can they do. Thanks in advance - for any advice or thoughts
