new member \1 mnth after surgery

Hi everyone. I had surgery on Dec 9th. Laminectomy and tlilf at L1\L2 area. I'm

still in a lot of pain. But it seems to be muscular. I was hoping u could tell

me those of u who have had open back surgery how long it has taken for you to

feel some relief in the pain. And is there anything I can do to strengthen my

muscles that u may have done.
