Ok...this weekend I really really overdid it with walking. Somehow when I have

my daughter with us I am in a lot more pain...I am guessing because she makes us

stop a lot. And then I " popped in " JoAnn's to get some yarn to keep me busy on

a project and I am really hurting now....I really hope I havent done anything to

set myself back:( I'm really not good at taking it easy...This is my 4th week

post op from my spine fusion.
