I just got my second denial of social security disability. I have from an 18 mo

to 24 month wait for an admin hearing with a judge. I am 47 and was an

accountant before my back n neck injury. The delay is so long here in TN cuz of

the floods last year.

I am on long term disability from my former employer. They filmed me last year

shopping n running errands. This year, I can hardly drive and have hired a

service to run errands for me.

in january. I had lots of people say you will never get it at your age and

acted like i am just lazy. Kills me because i loved my job and i Would much

rather be working. Or the you are to young to park there comments. But hang in

there and we do what we have to do.

Hang in there. The S.S. department has a game they play with people like you.

It's called the starve them out game. If they can make you wait long enough then

you will give up and go find some sort of employment. So hang in there. Here in

CA. after the second denial you can get an attorney. Since it's federal I bet

you can do it there also. So find one as quick as you can and get their help and

advice. Do NOT do anything even in front of your windows that would give them

reason to photograph you in any way. I can tell you so many things you should be

doing and things you should not be doing too.
