Headache and stomach aches?

I am 8 weeks post surgery on an anterior spinal fusion of C-5,6,7. My neck

feels pretty good except I occasionally get a headache. Nothing horrible but

there. The other strange thing is that I feel sick to my stomach (i.e. like I

am going to puke) almost all the time. I am pretty sure that comes from my

incision point and the swelling pushing on my esophagus. Does anyone know if

this is normal?
