Guest guest
I too take 400 mg of uniphyl every day, along with Advair, Singulair and other meds. I just had nasal surgery to fix my deviated septum and reduce my turbinates. We think some of my asthma symptoms have been do to the lack of air flow via the nostrils and so the air wasn't warmed and moistened. My paleontologist has said that he would rather remove the Advair and keep me on the Uniphyl as a recent study out showed that theophylline has anti-inflammatory properties without the glaucoma risk of the steroids. I don't notice any side effects from it but I am only on 400 mg once a day.
