Guest guest Posted April 7, 2007 Report Share Posted April 7, 2007 It is not uncommon for Aunt Flo to wreck havoc to el pulmones. Perhaps going on the pill may help. I inject into the subcutaneous tissue (flab) around my belly-button. It's perfectly fine. If the box says arm or leg, it is likely that they only tested in those sites. All subcue sites absorb injectioned medications (although at slightly variable rates). ps This is my 2 cents as an RN. I've been injecting into the pred flab for 2 yrs.
