Lentil Loaf - Living Foods for Optimal Health <../../books/toptwohundredbooks.htm>, by Clement.- 1 cup sesame-sunflower seed meal- A few TBS. pure water- 2 cups sprouted red lentils- 1 to 2 carrots, shredded- 1/2 to 1 cup chopped celery- 1/2 to 1 cup chopped red bell pepper- 1/4 cup pure waterMix the seed meal with the pure water to form a doughlike consistency and set aside. Chop the lentils in a blender. Add the carrots, celery, and red pepper and blend on medium speed until creamy. Mix the lentil mixture with the seed meal mixture. Shape into a loaf. Serve. Makes 6 servings.
