I would say if you can get the fresh goji

berries, do that. Good source of antioxidants.

Don’t drink the goji juice though – it has preservatives in it. Sodium benzoate and

potassium sorbate. I have an article about research that showed

benzoates could contribute to ADHD. Stay

away from the juice!
