ACUTE BRONCHITIS: thyme, mullein, or plantain tea every 3 hours. Camomile and honey tea helps curb bronchial infection. FEVERS: cooling herbs such as elderflower, yarrow and catnip can be freely given. Echinacea is given as an antibiotic and immune enhancer. CHEST CONGESTION: eucalyptus or tea tree oils in a vaporizer or steam inhalation help keep lungs mucous-free and improve oxygen uptake.
