Guest guest Posted May 10, 2005 Report Share Posted May 10, 2005 Wheat Casserole - The Hippocrates Diet, by Ann Wigmore.- 2 cups 2-day-old wheat sprouts- 1/4 cup dry unhulled sesame seeds, soaked 6 hrs. in 1/2 cup spring or filtered water- 1 cup 1-day-old sunflower sprouts- 1 cup shelled raw walnuts, soaked 6 hrs. in 2 cups spring or filtered water- 1 zucchini- 1 celery stalk, diced (about 1/2 cup)- 1 tsp. ground sage- 1 tsp. tamari (natural soy sauce)In a food processor or blender, grind wheat, sesame, sunflower, and walnuts until mealy. Shred zucchini in food processor. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and shape into a casserole. Serve.
