Guest guest
Cathie – I’ve read this before, that tomatoes can aggravate the symptoms of arthritis. L. **************************************** I recently heard to eliminate nightshades (potatoes, eggplant, tomatoes, peppers) from the diet if bothered by achy joints or arthritis. Is there anything TO this idea? Peace, Cathie

Guest guest
Thanks Suzi and , I've had a bump on the knuckle of my fourth ring finger left hand for some time now. Several months I guess. An internet friend assumed it may be arthritis but I don't believe so. I thought at first it may be a spider bite, but don't now believe so any longer. the knuckle is sore but mostly because of the swelling on top of the knuckle. No telling what it is at this point.
