I believe I should be treating the ligaments andthe tissue with something. I would like to see her heal from this asquickly as possible with as few side effects as possible. With sprains, I always use magnets. My husband severely sprained his ankle on a Friday evening. It was so bad that he couldn't walk. He crawled back to the house. I took a magnetic ankle wrap, and put it on. By Sunday, there was no swelling or bruising under the wrap, but around the edges of where the wrap was, there was bruising. Basically, the ankle looked normal in the area under where the wrap was. He went to work on Monday, and worked a 12 hour shift in the hospital, on his feet all day.
