Lemonade Cleanse

Hi guys,

I started the Lemonade Cleanse today...and had a few questions/comments.

First, can I make this in the morning...put it into separate bottles and

take it with me during the day and still get the same effects? I just

can't think of a better way to take it with me while I work. I am all over

the place when it comes to work...travel in my car all day long so keeping

it in a cooler in my car would be fine...just want to make sure it is okay

to do it this way...and yes...I would only make a few to take with me for

just that day and while I would be out.

Second, I thought I could handle the heat...but I guess I will have to work

my way up to the 1/8th Tsp of cayenne..lol...how should I go about doing

this? Should I gradually increase the amount each day? Or should I just

try to keep it at what I can handle for a little while.

Third...this doesn't mix well..the cayenne seems to float to the top...is

there a way of making it so that it doesn't do that?

Now...I just wanted to say that this lemonade tea...is extremely

delicious...I wasn't sure if I would like it...which was my huge hesitation

on trying this...but I can say without reserve that this stuff is extremely

yummy...and I should not have any problem drinking this for days on end.

My last question is this...what happens if, during my cleanse...I am at a

ball game (being that this is baseball season I am there what seems like

all the time!!)...and I am oh so very tempted by those delicious french

fries that I love so very much but will be the death of me some

day!...lol...usually...I can get by with one or two and I make myself happy

and all is good...other times I indulge in a whole serving...I

know...terrible...but will it make me terribly ill if I have one or two of

them while on the cleanse? If so, maybe this will cure me of

them...hmmmm...any thoughts?

Do you think it would help to drink the lemon

tea regularly? I really would like to do the lemonade cleanse but I just don’t

feel ready with being hypoglycemic. I want to something though. The Lower Bowel

Formula is barely working right now. I have increased the capsules to 4 three times

a day. This is a real problem for me since I just got off iron pills recently once

I got my iron back up. That is why I decided to start with getting my colon working

again before working on the pancreas. I have had a problem with my colon not working

for 20 years so I know it’s going to take a while.

Yes, you can do that as long as it is only for that day..if you can't make it at the time needed.

You can cut back on the cayenne some and increase it as you get used to it.

If you're cleansing, you should not be eating things like fries... go back to the cleanses and fasts fiels and re-read it, You're working on healing.... you can do this... You're strong.

Thanks...then at least I know it is portable for each day...just have to

pre plan by making it in the morning before I leave...which will work...and

yes...I KNOW I should not be eating things like fries..lol...I actually was

very good when my son made peanut butter cookies tonight...and didn't touch

them...I think I will just need to make sure I have a bottle of the

lemonade tea with me at the ballpark to prevent myself from being tempted

by the fries...I just know that everyone around me eats them...and it will

be hard...but I can't seem to find more than a few days together to do this

cleanse with no baseball...and we have games from Saturday through to

Thursday of next week...but at least I will have three good days into it

before I deal with the temptation...so maybe by that point it won't be a

temptation...which is what I'm hoping for!!

there is organic iron in the supplement files if you need it... you may have to increase your capsules more --- many do.. You could take the lemon tea every day... see the detox in a cup..

Thanks about the iron. I actually had found a liquid iron online and took that as well and it worked really well. I’m back up to normal according to my blood tests. I will take even more of the capsules. I have not found what you’re talking about with detox in a cup. I looked in the files. Where would I find it?

I drank three cups of the lemon tea tonight wanting to skip dinner and see how I did. Well, I ended up very hungry and had a salad. I was thinking maybe I could try and drink a lot of it in place of a meal and see if it helps. I don’t think it’s going to be a good idea since I’m already feeling my blood sugar going down just before bed which will make it hard to get up in the morning. It was an idea anyway.
