Guest guest
My thoughts on flu plague preparations were to make fire cider (total tonic), grow some echinacea to make some decent tincture. If it came eat lots of garlic and use essential oils in diffusers. Build up our immune systems ahead of time through the different cleanses, a better diet, and enhanced fitness. I'm interested in hearing other people's approaches to this problem. Usnea? Thyme? ...?

The debate on the newshour was about this and how to prepare for the pandemic when it comes (not if it comes). Guest guest
I believe your approach is the healthy one. Make sure you have lots of ST on hand, clean out your system, especially parasites that steal your nutrients, build up your immune system by eating healthy and avoiding junk food and use a ZAPPER whenever you have been exposed to crowds of people. use the Zapper everyday to kill viruses, bacteria, molds fungus and parasites. I'm not at all worried about any viruses, even the man/laboratory made ones. And of course, Do Not Get A Vaccination for the Flu.
