Here is another tea recipe I found.. I haven't tried it yet but

sounds

good.. Feeling tense and uptight? this might be the tea for you..

2 tsp. powdered Kava

1 quart water

Generous dash of lemon balm

Generous dash of clove

Generous dash if basil

Dash of Valerian

Dash of Hops

A few St. 's Wort flowers

Lemon juice and peel

Stevia

In a 1 quart container, place the kava and fill with the freshly

boiled

water. Add the lemon balm, clove, basil, valerian, hops, and St.

's wort. Steep for 20 minutes, then strain. Add the lemon juice

and peel, which are also tranquilizing and somewhat sedative.

Sweeten

with the stevia, if you wish. Drink a cup at a time, refrigerating

any

left over for later use.
