Guest guest
Doesn't it just blow your mind sometimes? No kidding or joking. Seriousely, isn't it absolutely amazing? Guest guest
Thank you and everyone else that responded! I AM going to keep it up. I did have a set back today when I woke with a sore throat, nausea, and stuffy nose. I was that way up until 2:00 today. I had wanted to have a Pizzaria Uno's big Crispy Chicken Salad with Honey Mustard sauce but I didn't. No, that isn't the good news. Instead I had a buffalo chicken pizza . . . I ate the chicken and some of the cheese and about a half hour later the nausea finally stopped. Besides the nausea going away I think the good news might be that I didn't beat myself up about eating the cooked food which is exactly what I would have done years ago when I was trying every diet known to man and failing. Tonight for dinner I am back on track with my fruits, however the nausea has returned. Sore throat and stuffy nose are gone. Donna -- <deuteronomy2929@...> wrote: WOO HOO Donna!!!! That's fantastic! Visit your bed for a spell, remain inactive, and drink water only. Your body is just detoxing is all and needs a bit of a rest. The nausea is the bodies way of telling you to quit eating for a time. -- Peace be with you, Donna. Guest guest
Thank you Don. I'll try to do the water thing today. I am not feeling as much nausea today but I did still wake with it. I also have some congestion which I think has more to do with the cheese I ate yesterday than anything else. Yes, it is easy to think, I'll just go home and rest, however yesterday my job wouldn't permit me to do that. I had clients coming in to sign wills, affidavits, do interviews, etc. I could have let someone else handle the affidavits but the wills require 2 witnesses and a notary public/justice of the peace. I work in a small law office and sometimes we have a problem finding the two witnesses for these wills on a given day. I know I have to take care of me, however I also live in the real world where it isn't always " convenient " to do that. Life sometimes gets in the way. Having said that, I know that I am feeling so much better these days and I'll take these uncomfortable moments of the body cleansing itself in stride. Thank you again. This is a wonderful group! It is great to have a place to come to for wisdom and support. Donna - - - - - Hi Donna, Your doing great girl. Now just let up and let your body do what it knows how to do best.
