Lemon in water is very good for the kidneys though. A good recipe would be 1 part each of corn silk, gravel root, hydrangea root and stone root. I would also add in some marshmallow root to. All these should be able to be obtained from herbalcom.com. Otherwise, I would strongly suggest that she go to bed, stay in bed, drink lots of distilled water and eat nothing for several days and allow her own body to take care of the problem, which it will do very nicely. The distilled water will help dissolve the stones or calculi. Now if these are liver and gall stones then we are dealing with another issue. Then I would suggest the olive oil and lemon juice. Equal parts. Though I am not real hip on it a 2 tablespoonfuls of epsom salts in a glass of water will help relax the bile duct and allow for the expulsion of any stones from the liver. A lot of time when one does a liver cleanse they will remove a mass of stones. But there are always more hidden away that will then come to the forefront. These too, need to be removed. Drinking lots of distilled water with lemon in it will help with this as well. Otherwise, I would strongly suggest that she go to bed, stay in bed, drink lots of distilled water and eat nothing for several days and allow her own body to take care of the problem, which it will do very nicely. -- Peace be with you, .
