Since Suzi has declared this topic closed,and for good

reason, I offer the chance of private discussion. Here

is what I propose:

Each interested party email me privately, and I will

create a " bulk mailing " list that we will use during

the duration of the discussion. It will operate very

similar to a list, only there will be no home

site. Everyone will use the bulk list in the " to " box,

all will receive each and every post on the topic in

their private email boxes rather than HAWK.

I make this offer not to supplant HAWK in any way, but

many appear to have much to say on the subject, and

while it could be beneficial, it is still considered

off-topic on HAWK, and rightfully so.
