Vegetable Seed Loaf - Living Foods for Optimal Health, by Clement.- 1 cup sunflower seed meal- 1 cup almond meal- 1 cup sesame seed meal- 1/2 cup pure water- 4 to 5 diced reishi mushrooms- 1/2 cup diced parsley- 3 stalks celery, diced - 2 garlic cloves, diced- 1 TBS. Braggs Aminos- 1 tsp. basilMix all ingredients well. Shape into a loaf and chill overnight. Makes 6 servings.
