Guest guest
Well, I got the Lower Bowel formula two days ago. It definitely works. The question is going to be can I get my system working on it's own after being on the mucusless diet and after a cleanse. The calcium/magnesium I had been taking was working but then I read that taking calcium is bad and it causes the body to lose iron. I stopped taking the calcium and will be making sure to get calcium foods into my juicer. I have been on live foods 80% of the time for about a week now. I still drink the herbal life protein drinks with soy milk and frozen fruit for breakfast and lunch along with a veggie juice. The veggie juices make me feel way better and satisfied. Yesterday I was feeling tired right before dinner and realized I was having some low blood sugar. I ate several handfuls of almonds and that helped. Then I had my raw chow main I had made the day before. I made my husband and son their chicken and red potatoes and steamed veggies. I really love those red potatoes. I ate a couple pieces when it first came out of the oven. I had plans of eating more when I sat down at the table but after eating my chow main I was content and didn't need the potatoes. I got the 3 Day cleanse and mucusless diet book and have been reading it. It's written a little weird since it's from a long time ago. I like the way he talks about how you can warm wheat berries or whole oats after soaking them and then eat them warmed to a lower temperature. I haven't quite grasped how long that process takes. He explains but it's a long explanation. I have to go over it again. I was reading it before falling asleep last night. I think if I can eat some of those grains it will help my hypoglycemia that happens. It doesn't happen as often because I'm still drinking the protein drinks. I need to be prepared with a good plan to prevent the low blood sugar when I quit the shakes unless I can find a live protein source to put in a shake made with almond milk. I am trying to get to 100% live food but it takes planning ahead. I have two weeks before my shake mix runs out to figure it out. My husband doesn't believe in anything I have told him I have learned. I have to do this on my own with out him understanding. He wants me to feel better but he doesn't believe all diseases stem from the colon and the build up it can have. He doesn't put any power at all in live foods. He thinks it's all hype. Oh well, I know better. After a year of my eating live food he'll be used to me being this way. April Hi April, I am excited about your new eating plan. That sounds great. I do eat pretty good, but I need way more live foods in my diet. In my yoga book it talks about eating live foods. My friend, Amber, also works for this chiropractor who advocates eating live foods, and juicing, for health. Rhonda, mu old roommate, used to juice too, and I did a little of that with her, but I've never had my own juicer. I can't wait to see how much better you feel. You can't help but feel better when you eat all that raw, fresh, live food. How exciting. Keep me posted. Love Ps. I should be working. I'm working half day and then spending the rest of the day with Mom. We've been having a great time.
