Guest guest Posted April 25, 2005 Report Share Posted April 25, 2005 Stuffed Peppers - Living Foods for Optimal Health, by Clement. - 2 large bell peppers- 1 cup wheat sprouts- 1/4 red pepper, minced- 2 to 3 green beans,chopped- 1/4 cup fresh peas from pod- 4 TBS. grapeseed oil- 1 TBS. kelpCut the tops off the peppers and scrape out the ribs and seeds. Combine remaining ingredients and stuff the peppers with mixture. Makes 2 servings. Suzi What is a weed?
