Mellow Mix - Living Foods for Optimal Health, by Clement.- 4 ounces cantaloupe juice (fruit only)- 4 ounces honeydew melon juice (fruit only)- 4 ounces watermelon juice (fruit and rind)Combine all ingredients Makes 1 serving.

Summer Passion - Living Foods for Optimal Health, by Clement.- 4 ounces peach juice- 4 ounces pear juice- 4 ounces apple juice Combine all ingredients. Makes 1 serving.

Italian Stallion - Living Foods for Optimal Health, by Clement.- 8 ounces zucchini juice- 7 ounces yellow summer squash juiceCombine all ingredients. Makes 1 serving.

Springtime - Living Foods for Optimal Health, by Clement.- 3 ounces asparagus juice- 4 medium carrots, juiced- 1 radish, juiced- 3 ounces spinach juice- 4 ounces watercress juice- 1 green onion, juicedCombine all ingredients. Makes 1 serving.

Tropical Temptation - Living Foods for Optimal Health, by Clement. - 1 Hawaiian papaya, peeled- 2 Hayden mangoes, peeled and seeded- 1 pound peeled and cored ripe pineapple- 2 kiwi, peeledPlace ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute, until liquefied. Makes 3-4 servings.

Apple-Carrot-Beet Juice - The Hippocrates Diet, by Ann Wigmore.- 2 large apples, washed and cored but not peeled (to yield about 2 cups fresh juice)- 1 large beet, washed and trimmed but not peeled (to yield about 1/2 cup fresh juice)- 8-10 medium carrots, washed and trimmed but not peeled (to yield about 3 cups fresh juice)Cut apples and beet into pieces. Juice with carrots in high-speed juicer. Strain out pulp using wire mesh strainer, and serve.

V-5 - The Hippocrates Diet, by Ann Wigmore.- 3 large celery stalks (to yield about 1 cup juice)- 6 large carrots, washed and trimmed but not peeled (to yield about 3 cups fresh juice)- 1 cup alfalfa sprouts- 1 tomato, sliced- 1 dash tamari (natural soy sauce)- 1 small bunch parsley (optional)Juice celery and carrots in high-speed juicer. Blend the juice with the other ingredients in a blender at high speed until the sprouts, tomato, and parsley are liquefied. Serve V-5 immediately with celery sticks.

Green Drink - The Hippocrates Diet, by Ann Wigmore.- 4 cups sprouts (adzuki, alfalfa, cabbage, lentil, mung bean or wheat)- 4 cups buckwheat and sunflower greens- 5 medium carrots, washed and trimmed but not peeled, and cubed (about 3 cups)- 5 large celery stalks (about 3 cups)- 1 ½ medium cucumbers (peeled if waxed), cut into pieces (about 3 cups)Juice ingredients in a wheat grass (slow-turning) juicer, Strain through a wire mesh strainer to remove pulp, and serve immediately.
