Guest guest
Hi Don ......Ann Louise Gittleman had a book out about 2-3 yrs ago called the Fat Flush Plan in it was cooked and raw Veggies, Salmon and chicken, I believe she used Beef brothe for some things and threw in a boiled egg every morning while it all sounded real good i was a little concerned with the poultry in the diet as a whole, Because in the Liver Cleansing Diet.....(course i Don't call it a diet.) by Dr. Cabot (from Australia) it's all veggies no beef, some chicken...no eggs, etc. etc. I went on that for 3 weeks and felt absolutely NORMAL no depression, no fatigue etc. but then again that was early on in (my) Hepatitis and my viral load was only 380,000 now it's somewhere in the millions and I do have good days and some bad days..where I sleep ALOT! course I know thats from the viral load and all the bad food I put in my overworked body (liver) here is her website if i am not clear enuff for you : http://www.annlouise.com/ann_articles.asp this might help even better!
