Guest guest
Sharyn - I joined Curves and promptly quit when I found out they were telling women not to eat fruit! Seems they think it causes weight gain. But it was okay to keep eating non-fat cheese, fake fats, Nutrasweet, and all the other poisons out there! I already had two gym memberships anyway and was trying to figure out which one I wanted to keep. I kept Gold's. I'd rather work out with the guys than the whiny women at my Curves. Not saying you are whiny, but the women at mine certainly were. Shari
Guest guest
I guess I should follow this up with....Curves is a franchise. So each one is owned by a different person, with different philosophies. The woman who owns the Curves here in PSL is very interested in whole foods and holistic health. In fact, she's joined this email list. So it's not a Curves thing to push fake fats, Nutrasweet, and other poisons. It's up to the individual Curves franchise owner.
