I broke my back in 3 places plus shredded the muscles - a soft comfortable sports bra was what I found to be the easiest to wear and put on. Especailly one that closed in the front as I had problems dressing myself. :))

And MSM will take care of the bone pain in bad weather!

In the course of an average lifetime you will, while sleeping, eat 70 assorted insects and 10 spiders.

Anne,

Most "department" stores have people who can measure you properly .... cotton is best.

Back in November I fractured a vertebrae in my back. It is fully healed now but I still have some pain especially when it rains and is cold. I was told to purchase some good bras that fit properly. I never liked underwires they tend to give me sores under my boobs. I believe I am a 36C , but not sure. How do you measure your bra size? What is the best type of bra to get "ladies"???
