– I’ve been through it – and I guess I was very lucky,

because I didn’t have one problem – not even one! I think diet plays a big part in how you

handle it. Stay away from the “baddies”

– white flour, white sugar, white stuff in

general. Fill up on nutrient-dense

foods, fruits and veggies, drink tons of pure water. Don’t smoke, gets

lots of exercise.
