While this stuff could taste nice (from some distorted point of view) I do not believe that the iron is of any use as it is still inorganic. Best is to just eat raw tender green leafy vegetables, lettuces, and fresh biologically classified fruits (cucumbers, zuchinnis, tomatoes, and normal types of fruits like bananas, fig, persimmons, apples etc).
