Guest guest
Yes, even in the picking, if you pick by bare hand, remember to wash your hands BEFORE you go to the bathroom (this advice is mainly for men). This is experience talking. -dz- --- christy89029@... wrote: > Dennis, > There is a very easy and tasty recipe for salsa > that has literally > been in my family for generations. > Ingredients: > 6 to 15 jalapeno peppers (depending on how hot you > want the Salsa) > 8 to 10 good sized garlic cloves (garlic increases > the heat as well > as providing flavor) > Salt---pretty much to taste > One large can of crushed tomatoes > One large can of tomato sauce > One to two bunches of cilantro > Cumin Seeds (if small jar, use 1 1/2 to 2 jars) > Gloves for hands as the oil in the peppers lasts for > days in your > skin and can burn your eyes, nose, skin and all > mucous membranes for > days. > > roast the peppers in a non stick pan making sure > that they blister > and blacken fairly evenly. I'll dig up that chili recipe.... -dz- --- diane214@... wrote: > Hey dz......That applies to women too......Believe > me when I tell > you!!!!!! Guest guest
I'll be praying for you, Janet. I wish there was more I could say or do to help you. In order to do the tx, I believe it is very important to take the meds as sceduled, there are many people who simply cannot tolerate this medication, it affects us all in varying ways. With mine I have good days and bad days. I didn't sleep last night again after taking my shot. I slept from 10 til about 1 and was up the rest of the night. You have to figure out whether you can tolerate it or not, I don't recall how far into it you are. Talk to your dr, maybe he would suggest waiting for the peg combo, or going on peg monotherapy. Good luck whatever you decide. -dz- --- Jannewilms42@... wrote: > Hello group. Yall are making me hungry for Chili and > I have ben sick since > Wednesday after my shot. My head is killing me. Guest guest
Thanks for that tip! I see I'm not the only one who has to learn everything the hard way. Do you suppose I could sue them for not putting a warning " after handling peppers, do not handle yourself " Should we try a class action? -dz- --- MrsDHANDSOME1@... wrote: > A squeeze of a lemon on your hands will take that > tingling out . . . lol . . > . hailing from Texas, I know all about chili and > peppers. :::smile::: > > Always, > SJ > __________________________________________________

Hopefully it will get better but I will have to see. I know the migraines wear me out so bad besides the tx. The problem is I have no transportation and I live out of town . I f I need to go to the Dr or Hosp it is hard to find the way but I honestly don't know how much longer I can handle the migraines. Guest guest
Many times, I am able to call the nurse and she'll talk to dr and they'll call in a prescription for me without my having to go in and see him. Good luck with the migraines, I hope you find relief soon. I have found Imitrix takes care of mine. It is a non-drowsy med, too. -dz- --- Jannewilms42@... wrote: > DZ I have been on tx for 3 weeks this time around so > far. I just htink it is > a hard time right now on me. Guest guest
> > does anyone have any salsa recipes? I believe there is a salsa recipe on Bee's site. But you can just throw together tomatoes, onions, peppers and lemon/lime juice with maybe some cilantro. I think all of that is on the diet but not sure.
