Yes, even in the picking, if you pick by bare hand,

remember to wash your hands BEFORE you go to the

bathroom (this advice is mainly for men). This is

experience talking. -dz-

Hello group. Yall are making me hungry for Chili and I have ben sick since Wednesday after my shot. My head is killing me. I am scared to take it today because I don't want it to get worse. The shakes are terrible. I have spent most of the past 2 days in bed. That is not good. I didn't take my pills this morning cause I didn't think I could keep them down the neausea is so bad. I have to take them tonight. Any suggestions on the shot taking today? I'd appreciate it.

PEACE & LOVE FOR ALL

Yeah, I noticed that, too. It helped, but did not

eliminate the problem.... That's some powerful stuff!!

I'll dig up that chili recipe.... -dz-

I'll be praying for you, Janet. I wish there was more

I could say or do to help you. In order to do the tx,

I believe it is very important to take the meds as

sceduled, there are many people who simply cannot

tolerate this medication, it affects us all in varying

ways. With mine I have good days and bad days. I

didn't sleep last night again after taking my shot. I

slept from 10 til about 1 and was up the rest of the

night. You have to figure out whether you can tolerate

it or not, I don't recall how far into it you are.

Talk to your dr, maybe he would suggest waiting for

the peg combo, or going on peg monotherapy. Good luck

whatever you decide. -dz-

Thanks for that tip! I see I'm not the only one who

has to learn everything the hard way. Do you suppose I

could sue them for not putting a warning " after

handling peppers, do not handle yourself " Should we

try a class action? -dz-

DZ I have been on tx for 3 weeks this time around so far. I just htink it is a hard time right now on me. Hopefully it will get better but I will have to see. I know the migraines wear me out so bad besides the tx. The problem is I have no transportation and I live out of town . I f I need to go to the Dr or Hosp it is hard to find the way but I honestly don't know how much longer I can handle the migraines.

Many times, I am able to call the nurse and she'll

talk to dr and they'll call in a prescription for me

without my having to go in and see him. Good luck with

the migraines, I hope you find relief soon. I have

found Imitrix takes care of mine. It is a non-drowsy

med, too. -dz-

I believe there is a salsa recipe on Bee's site. But you can just throw together

tomatoes, onions, peppers and lemon/lime juice with maybe some cilantro. I think

all of that is on the diet but not sure.
