mind on what I’m doing! Anyway

– I had heard this before, about the kudzu. Apparently, the plant is quite a problem

in the south with it growing everywhere and killing, by smothering, plants and

even trees. I’ve also heard

that they have made it into cow feed. Not sure if I’ve ever heard of an

alcoholic cow, but who knows! I’m

glad they are finding a use for it.

Kudzu in the south is like black swallow wort is

for us in the north (maybe it’s everywhere, but we have tons of it here

and it’s a real problem, very invasive!).
