This is not one of those MD fixable problems this is a only you can fix what is wrong with you problem. With what you are spending on MD's, colonscopy's, hostpitals, etc you would be much better off heading for Tanglewood and Loren Lockman for an extended supervised fast, or maybe Dr. Doug Graham or one of those others that are particularly adept at helping people to heal themselves. You really need to allow your body the time it needs to heal itself. You are perfectly capable of healing your digestive system just by getting out of the way and allowing nature to do what nature does best, heal your body. A good supervised fast will do just that, it will take you off food, allow your digestive system and body to rest and heal itself. I guarantee you that it will be a much safer, less invasive and quite possibly cheaper solution in the long run and will entail much less risk and you won't lose your colon. Let nature be your surgeon and let fasting be the knife she uses to heal you with. -- Peace be with you, . Guest guest
I have to agree with Don ... I would be doing everything and anything to avoid the "BAG"... There are also Kegel exercises which would be good to start doing. Here is a website for more info. http://www.mwsexual.com/readingroom/articles/kegel-exercises.htm Suzi Don Quai <mysticalherbalist@...> wrote: Hi ,Nobody can fix your problem but you.
