Bake in the sun or an oven under 120° until dry and crispy. The thinner you pour the batter, the shorter the drying time. Essene Rye Crisp - Living Foods for Optimal Health, by Clement.- 4 cups sprouted rye.- 1/2 cup pure water- 1 tsp. caraway seedsBlend all ingredients for 3 minutes on high speed. Pour mixture into a solid dehydrator tray. Dehydrate for 8-10 hours. Makes 3-4 servings. Spanish Cracker - Living Foods for Optimal Health, by Clement.- 4 cups spelt sprouts- 1 tsp. powdered raw cayenne powder- 1/4 cup waterBlend all the ingredients together for 3 minutes on medium speed. Pour mixture into solid dehydrator tray. Dehydrate for 16 hours. If desired, break cracker into tortilla-chip-sized pieces. Makes 3-4 servings. Guest guest Posted December 6, 2006 Report Share Posted December 6, 2006 I go Fri and talk to the surgeon to find out all the whats and hows and ifs and whens etc. Not in pain anymore but still some numbness...which concerns me..
