Guest guest Posted May 4, 2005 Report Share Posted May 4, 2005 Sprouted Trail Mix .- 1 cup sprouted wheat- 1/2 cup raisins- 1/2 cup 1-day-old sunflower sprouts- 1/2 cup shelled raw almonds-1/2 cup pine nuts- 1/2 cup dried apples, chopped- 1/2 cup dried pitted dates, choppedDo not soak the fruits or nuts used in this recipe. Mix all ingredients. This Trail Mix should remain fairly moist. Store it in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 5 day. Suzi What is a weed?
