Seafood Temptations - Living Foods for Optimal Health, by Clement.- 4 ounces dried arame- 1 ounce dulse- 1 garlic clove- 1/4 cup ground spelt- 1 (25 gram) package noriBlend the arame, dulse, garlic, and spelt together on medium speed for 2 minutes. Spread about 4 ounces of the spelt mixture on a piece of nori and roll it up tightly. Cut into 3-5 pieces. Repeat the process until all of the spelt mixture is used. Makes 4-6 servings.
